All cabin prices are per night for one couple.
Additional adult guests are $10.00 per night at most cabins
(Some cabins charge more for extra guests, please ask when you make your reservation.)
Add 11% tax and 2% service fee.
Mimumum two night stay required for all reservations.

Reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival.
Late cancellations and no shows will not receive a refund.

* Smoking is allowed in these cabins with these policies:
Do not flip the butts in the yards, fireplaces or outside; only use ashtrays to put out cigarettes.

+ A pet is allowed in these cabins with these policies: Only one pet per cabin; do not allow them on the furniture; if you leave them at the cabin, they must be crated; additional cleaning fee may apply; pick up after your pet (in the yard or food trays left behind).

If something should be amiss with your cabin upon arrival, please notify management at that time. All issues will be handled promptly. Complaints will not be addressed after the fact (upon your arrival home).

Firewood is provided by the Management Company October-March for the interior wood burning fireplaces only. Cabins with permitted outside firepits, wood is not always supplied. At those cabins, and all other months please bring your own.

Paper products (kleenex, tp, paper plates, etc.) are NOT supplied by management in most of our cabins. These things are available at one of our local grocery stores.

Please remember you are coming to the country...bring sunscreen, bug repellant, etc. If you are allergic to insects or pollen be sure to bring your anithistimine. If you are lucky you will be greeted only by Brown County Lady Bugs upon your arrival. They are harmless and in fact quite beneficial to the environment. Always be aware there are some critters around that can be bothersome and even dangerous, including wasps, ticks, spiders, skunks & snakes. Do carefully watch your pets and small children near water & woods. Property Management cannot control Mother Nature or her critters!
