Webervations provides an online availability display and no commission online reservation system. Brown County Lodging Members will have a reduced annual fee. Webervations has been around for several years now and is used by lodgings all over the United States. Created by small lodging owners in Ohio, this system understands the needs of small lodgings and their guests. Recently (2008) webervations was purchased by RezOvation. This is part of parent company, Bed & Breakfast dot com. Owner Eric Goldreyer has been a leader in the web marketing industry for small lodgings for a decade. Pricing effective March 1, 2009 will change from the current annual pricing to a flat monthly price based on actual property size with an optional annual 5% payment discount. (For example, the cost for properties with 1-4 guest rooms using Webervations 1.0 will be $8.99 monthly, or $102.49 annually with the annual pre-payment option (up from $80 annually). Current customers will not switch over to the new pricing until their current membership term expires. Associations that use the Webervations consolidated availability calendar will continue to receive discounts for their members. Association discounts for 5-24 properties using Webervations will receive a 15% discount for their members. Locally, many of our small lodgings have been using webervations for years (Abbey-Inn, Lees Retreat, McGinley Cabins, Hilltop Suites, Green Valley Lodge, Hills O' Brown, and others).
